Ms NKA Mathebula
An ambitious, well-organised legal mind and the founding force behind the firm.
Ms NKA Mathebula is the Director and founder of the firm. She started her professional career at Elmarie Bierman Attorneys from July 2016 to March 2020, where she completed her articles and was admitted.
She has substantial knowledge of the law — more particularly commercial law, contracts, administrative law, public law and construction law. She has extensive knowledge and experience in labour law, complex construction-law dispute resolution, family law, insolvency, debt collection and recovery, and an interest in competition law.
Her expertise extends to general civil litigation in the Magistrate Court, Regional Court, High Court and CCMA. She has acted, amongst others, for Tzaneen Asphalt and Paving Manufacturers, Ngoti Property Developers, Nkhululeko Construction and Project Management, Intergate Now (Pty) Ltd, Malwandla Security Services, Venpon Food Distributors and the Department of Public Works.
