Nana Konanani Alinah Mathebula · LLB (UL)
An ambitious, well-organised legal mind and the founding force behind the firm.
Ms Mathebula commenced her legal career at Elmarie Bierman Attorneys, where she completed her articles and went on to head the Litigation Department from 2018 to 2020. Since founding the firm in 2020 she has also practised as an Insolvency Practitioner.
She has substantial knowledge of commercial law, contracts, administrative, public and construction law, with extensive experience in labour law, complex construction-law dispute resolution, family law and insolvency — and appears in the Magistrate, Regional and High Courts and the CCMA.
